Vedic Meditation is an effortless and simple mental technique that allows one to experience fully awake restful consciousness. Practiced 20 minutes twice a day, it can be done anywhere. We sit, close our eyes and use a mantra which has no meaning. Essentially the mantra is a vibration or sound that adapts the quality of becoming charming and is a vehicle that takes our mind-body to a state of 'Being' where we have no thought and where we access fine feeling (intuition) and where our intelligence, creativity and clarity are at their most enhanced state. If we practice regularly this is translated into our everyday lives - the physiological effects are extraordinary and has profound results to our body, mind and health. It expands our neural pathways, alleviates our stress, improves our sleep and our health - heart, vision, hearing and reverses ageing.

Specific scientific studies of people practicing for more than 5 years were found to be biologically 12-15 years younger than their chronological age. 

Teaching is done by a certified teacher taught in a systemic way to keep the integrity of the tradition and the knowledge pure.

Georgina learnt to meditate 30 years ago and worked for Thom Knoles, the pre-eminent master teacher of Vedic Meditation.

Her home is in the country in Southern NSW with her husband, Angus and their three children.
