YOGA ASANA SEQUENCE & PRANAYAMA INSTRUCTION
Asanas are a series of yoga movements woven together with the breath. The breath provides a bridge between the body and the mind and gives us a moment for quietness and stillness. Asanas give us energy and are uplifting. The practice increases circulation, increases vital energy of Prana helping us removed energy blockages, purifies our blood and strengthens our body. When doing Asanas we synchronise our breath with the movements of our body and practice being present.
We are aware of our thoughts and try to find a place beyond them.

PRANAYAMA INSTRUCTION (Vedic Breathing Technique)
Pranayama is a consciousness-based practice of controlling and regulating the breath. It soothes and revitalises a tired body, calms the mind and clears emotional blockages. Pranayama acts as the bridge between active practice of asanas and the internal practice of meditation, giving us a deeper meditation.
