Private courses of instruction are conducted by appointment and include:

• A one-hour private introductory talk
  

• Four x 90-minute session one-to-one instruction on consecutive days
  

• or Four x 90-minute sessions over two consecutive days
  

• One private 1-hour consultation, 7 days post instruction to refine meditation practice and approach
  

• Life time membership to support with your meditation
  

• Private course of instruction for individual is $800

GROUP/CORPORATE COURSE (includes Advanced Techniques)

Group and corporate courses of instruction are conducted by appointment and include:

• Six x 90-minute session group instruction over 6 consecutive weeks
  

• Life time membership to support with your meditation
